GovtSevas (www.govtsevas.com) is a private information portal operated by an individual proprietor. It provides a convenient interface to check status of various government services using publicly available APIs. We are NOT a government website and are NOT affiliated with any government body.

GovtSevas provides: • Status checks for various government services (PNR, RC, GST, IFSC, etc.) • Information sourced from publicly available APIs and government data • Utility tools (calculators, converters, etc.) for general use • Agricultural information and scheme details for farmers All information is provided AS IS for reference purposes only. You must verify all results from official government sources before taking any action.

You agree to: • Use GovtSevas only for lawful purposes • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service • Not use automated bots or scripts to access the service • Not share your account credentials with others • Provide accurate information when registering • Not impersonate any person or entity You must NOT use GovtSevas to: • Commit fraud or assist in any illegal activity • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations

GovtSevas provides all information and services WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, express or implied. We do not guarantee: • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability • That the service will meet your specific requirements ALL SERVICE RESULTS MUST BE VERIFIED FROM OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT SOURCES BEFORE ANY ACTION IS TAKEN. GovtSevas is not responsible for decisions made based on information from this portal.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GovtSevas and its proprietor shall not be liable for: • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Any action taken or not taken based on information from this portal • Third-party API errors, downtime, or inaccurate data Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹500 (five hundred rupees).

• The GovtSevas name, logo, and original content are proprietary • Government data displayed belongs to respective government departments • Third-party API data belongs to respective providers • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our original content without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Abuse the service or attempt to harm other users • Provide false information • Engage in automated access or scraping You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

GovtSevas displays Google AdSense advertisements. These ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not control the content of ads. We block adult, gambling, political, and misleading health ads in our AdSense settings. Ad revenue helps keep this service free. Affiliate links on this site are clearly disclosed as such. We may earn a commission when you click affiliate links and make a purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Before approaching courts, users must first attempt resolution through our Grievance Officer.
